Job Description Advance Auto Parts is seeking a ISO Parts Pro to manage customer relationships and driver dispatch operations. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain strategic customer relationships. Achieve productivity and service objectives. Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met. Build and maintain a network of second‑source suppliers for strategic customers. Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage. Secondary Responsibilities Maintain core bank and strategic returns. Partner with SAM and leadership on account needs. Essential Job Skills Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability (ignition, engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust). Proficient in English (Spanish a plus). Strong communication skills; ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and management. Ability to read and interpret documents such as P&L, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; write simple correspondence. Understand and execute instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Use basic math accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide; handle whole numbers, fractions, decimals). Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Strong organizational skills. Flexible schedule: willing to work assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
