Job Qualifications for the Role

No prior experience required. Basic qualifications for the role include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to operate machinery and follow standardized work instructions
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., ability to enter data into production systems)
• Ability to lift to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods [include only if essential job function]
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends if required
