Full-Time Onsite Maintenance Superintendent / Lead Maintenance Technician — Columbus, OH
We are looking for a reliable full-time maintenance superintendent for a multifamily apartment portfolio in Columbus, Ohio.
This is a hands-on position. The right person must be able to handle daily maintenance work orders, apartment turns, basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, locks, appliances, painting, and general repairs. HVAC troubleshooting is a plus.
Onsite housing may be available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
Complete daily tenant maintenance requests
Turn vacant units quickly and properly
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, locks, doors, appliances, and general repairs
Coordinate outside vendors when licensed trades are required
Upload photos and notes for each job
Provide daily work-order updates
Be available for true emergency maintenance issues
Keep tools, parts, and property areas organized
Requirements:
Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred
Must be reliable and show up daily
Must communicate clearly with management
Must have basic tools
Must have valid driver’s license
Must pass background check
Must be able to use phone/apps for work orders and photos
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience. Onsite apartments may be available. Full-time position.
