This role combines strategic thinking with advanced executional expertise, ensuring the delivery of compelling, high-performing creative assets that align with brand standards and business objectives.This position requires a designer with a strong background in performance-driven marketing creative, as well as demonstrated experience utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance creative workflows and visual output. Expertise in motion graphics and 3D design is essential.What you will do at VeSync:Campaign Development & ExecutionExecute end-to-end creative development for marketing campaigns and product launches, from concept through final productionDesign and deliver high-quality assets across channels, including:Paid media (Google Ads, Meta, Performance Max, display)Email marketing (eBlasts, lifecycle campaigns)Website and landing page bannersOrganic and paid social media contentTranslate marketing strategies and briefs into visually compelling, on-brand creative solutionsMotion Graphics & 3D DesignDevelop motion graphics and animations for digital marketing channelsCreate and integrate 3D design elements to enhance storytelling and product visualizationApply emerging design trends and techniques to continuously elevate creative outputAI-Driven Design & Workflow OptimizationUtilize AI design tools and platforms to:Accelerate ideation and production workflowsEnhance visual quality and creative explorationContribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI-assisted design within the creative teamCreative Production & Quality AssuranceEnsure all assets meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and platform specificationsOptimize creative deliverables for performance marketing and A/B testing initiativesManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracyWhat you bring to the role:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)6-10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design, or creative servicesDemonstrated success in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns and performance-driven creativeAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)Proven expertise in:Motion graphics and animation3D design tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent)Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative design, image/video tools, workflow automation)Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance optimization principlesPreferred Qualifications:Experience in product marketing, e-commerce, or high-volume digital environmentsFamiliarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance analyticsExperience working within established brand systems and scaling creative across multiple audiences or regionsLocation:This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.Salary:Starting at $38/hourPerks and Benefits:100% covered Medical/Dental/Vision insurances for employee AND spouse + dependents!401K with 4% employer match (eligible after 90 days of employment) and immediate 100% vestingGenerous PTO policy + paid holidaysLife InsuranceVoluntary Life InsuranceDisability InsuranceCritical Illness CoverageAccident InsuranceHealthcare FSADependent Care FSATravel Assistance ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Fully stocked kitchen
