Customer Service Manufacturing Associate

Job Title: Customer Service Associate We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assocaite for a client within the Manufacturing industry. Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join a collaborative manufacturing organization in Canton, MA . In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by processing orders, resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely order entry and follow-up. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding order status, pricing, product availability, and order expedites. Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), credit requests, and maintain accurate customer account information. Follow up on customer quotes and enter new customer information into the company system. Collaborate with Sales, Applications Engineering, Purchasing, and Distribution teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Maintain a high level of customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally. Support additional administrative projects and departmental initiatives as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service, order entry, or data entry experience required. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new computer systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process customer information. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
