• Mon - Thu 7:15 am - 4:30 pm, Fri 7:15 am - 12:15 pm
• Approx 15 patients per day
• Clinic setting
• Peds to geri patient population -- all ages seen
• Comfortable prescribing controlled substances required
• X-waiver experience ideal
• Hospital privileges required
• Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience required
