Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for supporting credit underwriting and monitoring for new and existing clients in partnership with a credit team. Key responsibilities include independently managing transactions or portfolios varying degrees complexity, completing and reviewing collateral analysis, evaluating risks, and writing analysis. Job expectations include leading the process, ensuring timely and accurate analysis, and coaching teammates on collateral monitoring requirements.Responsibilities:Manages a portfolio of clients supporting underwriting and/or monitoring requirements of varying degrees complexityIndependently works with Relationship Management, Credit and Risk teammates to understand structuring needs and requirementsDelivers collateral, loan structure and other analyses to team members to support the loan decision-making processReviews work of junior teammates to provide feedback/coaching and ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations and policy procedureHas credit approval for certain credit actionsLeads collateral monitoring, loan structure conversations and completion of loan documentation with internal/external legal partnersSkills:Attention to DetailCredit and Risk AssessmentFinancial AnalysisUnderwritingWritten CommunicationsAnalytical ThinkingCredit Documentation RequirementsFinancial Forecasting and ModelingRecording/Organizing InformationBusiness AcumenCollaborationCollateral ManagementLoan StructuringPrioritizationRequired Qualifications:· 3+ years of solid experience in Commercial Banking (Middle Market or Large Corporate or Leveraged Finance) underwriting, performing financial analysis, structuring, and portfolio management· Strong communication and analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring.· Strong experience monitoring and analyzing changes in transactions and portfolios over time, including identifying trends or issues that may impact credit quality.· Strong experience reconciling financial statements and supporting documentation, investigating discrepancies or unusual activity and ensuring reporting complies with credit agreements.· Strong experiences communicating directly with borrowers to clarify data and resolve issues and requesting additional reporting or backup documentation as needed,Desired Qualifications: · Participate with RM or CO's to negotiate Credit Agreements & loan documents, as needed.· Be knowledgeable of the closing process & timeline for all types of loans (i.e. real estate, revolvers, etc.)· BA/BS DesiredShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40Pay Transparency detailsUS - CA - Los Angeles - 333 S HOPE ST - BANK OF AMERICA PLAZA (CA9193), US - CA - San Francisco - 555 California St - Bofa Center - 555 California (CA5705), US - WA - Seattle - 401 Union St - Rainier Square (WA1510)Pay and benefits informationPay range$88,000.00 - $187,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
