Licensed Clinical Therapist

Roles and Responsibilities Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients Diagnose and treat mental health disorders Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress Involve and advise family members when appropriate Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities Qualifications Minimum 12 months of clinical experience after full licensure Master’s level degree or higher in a related field (required) Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license based on office location (active license required; associate/intern level not considered) Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment Ability to work as a team member and cooperate Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Leadership and influence abilities Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, familiarity with NextGen highly desirable Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new technologies Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus, but not required Benefits W‑2 role with medical, dental and vision benefits effective on the first of the month after employment Base salary of $90,000–$111,080 per year with monthly bonus based on billed hours Continuing education unit (CEU) support, including earned CEU days and reimbursements Vacation, sick leave, holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential counseling and support 401(k) plan with company contribution Credentialing support, training and development opportunities, growth opportunities Convenient work‑from‑home or hybrid options Flexible schedule Salary Range: $90,000 – $111,080 per year Estimated total yearly compensation at 25 billed hour units: $96,000 Estimated total yearly compensation at 27 billed hour units: $102,032 Estimated total yearly compensation at 30 billed hour units: $111,080 Headlight is committed to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusiveness and seeks to create a working environment reflective of this commitment.
