What You Will Do

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support our Zone Sales Managers and help ensure the success of our retailers, communities, builders, and developers.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the sales team through quoting projects and coordinating with manufacturing teams

• Managing customer communication throughout the production, delivery, service, and warranty process

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, communities, builders, and developers

• Completing reporting, auditing, and data management activities with accuracy and attention to detail

• Assisting with special projects related to sales, marketing, process improvement, and customer service

• Supporting new product launches and customer communications

• Helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen processes within the department

• Coordinating information between customers, sales team members, and internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience

• Cross-training with our Transportation Coordinator to provide support when needed and gain a deeper understanding of the logistics and delivery side of the business

Additional Opportunity

As part of our commitment to building a versatile and capable team, the Sales Coordinator will be cross-trained in transportation coordination. This provides valuable exposure to another critical area of the business, allows team members to support one another when needed, and helps develop a broader understanding of the customer experience from order entry to home delivery.

The knowledge gained through this experience will help position you for future growth opportunities while creating a stronger, more collaborative team.
