1st Shift Shipping Clerk

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience? We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team on 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of administrative responsibilities and hands-on warehouse work in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Print and review daily shipping schedules and pick lists.
• Pick materials and products from inventory according to shipping orders.
• Assemble boxes and package products to ensure safe and accurate shipments.
• Verify shipment accuracy using established checklists and procedures.
• Process shipments through carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL, and freight providers.
• Generate reports and complete administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, recordkeeping, and correspondence.
• Stage pallets for outbound shipments and assist with truck loading when needed.
• Support receiving, inventory control, and other warehouse operations as required.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and inventory records.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Clean, secure, and well-lit warehouse facility.
• Mix of shipping documentation, order fulfillment, inventory support, and administrative duties.
• Frequent interaction with shipping carriers and internal departments.
• Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Chanhassen, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
