About the Role: Registered Nurse As a Registered Nurse with Complete Care at Barn Hill, you will be responsible for: Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitoring patient progress, identifying potential complications, and adjusting care plans as needed Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment Responsibilities as an RN: Registered Nurse Conduct initial patient assessments, identifying medical, emotional, and social needs Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient goals and outcomes Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to best practice development and program evaluation Requirements: Registered Nurse Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse What We Offer: Licensed Practical Nurse Competitive hourly rate: $42 - $49.75 + awesome shift differentials Get paid before payday Grow into leadership (we promote from within) Benefits that matter Complete Care is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
