We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join a team in Carmel, IN. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering high-quality financial products that meet the needs of clients. You will work closely across multiple teams while providing value across different streams of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of product features.
• Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform future product development.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure products remain competitive and innovative.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the technology, financial services, automotive, or real estate industry is required.

Technical Skills: A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment are required. Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar, and knowledge of APIs are also necessary.
