The Customer Enablement team drives this mission forward by helping enterprise organizations develop the skills they need to accelerate technology adoption, business transformation, and measurable business outcomes. As a Customer Enablement Architect , you will own the commercial success of the company’s training and enablement portfolio across the Americas Business Units. Reporting to the Americas Customer and User Enablement Leader , we are looking for a US-based Customer Enablement Architect to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Field Engineering, Professional Services, and Scaled User Enablement, to position the value of training and enablement solutions, develop customized enterprise learning plans, and drive talent transformation with strategic accounts. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where your ability to connect learning solutions with business outcomes will directly influence customer retention, expansion, adoption, and revenue growth. You will work closely with account executives, engagement managers, solution architects, and other stakeholders to position training and certification programs as strategic investments in each customer’s technology transformation journey. From diagnosing skill gaps to developing tailored enablement roadmaps, you will ensure customers have the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to realize the full value of their technology investments. The Impact You Will Have Drive the commercial success of the company’s learning and enablement offerings across enterprise accounts within the assigned Americas Business Unit. Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to position learning and enablement as key drivers of customer adoption, renewal, and expansion. Translate customer business objectives into tailored enablement programs that accelerate transformation and deliver measurable ROI. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs—from discovery and needs assessment through solution design, execution, and post-program analysis. Conduct learning diagnostics to identify skill gaps, adoption challenges, and organizational barriers, using data to develop effective training strategies. Deliver high-quality blended learning experiences, including virtual, classroom, and on-demand programs, that achieve measurable customer outcomes. Track and report enablement success metrics, including adoption, customer engagement, renewal influence, and revenue impact. Mentor colleagues across the Learning & Enablement organization by sharing best practices and driving excellence in customer engagement. What We Look For We are looking for a Builder —someone who combines deep curiosity about the evolving technology, data, and AI landscape with a strong drive for execution. You don’t simply deliver existing programs; you identify opportunities, uncover whitespace, and pilot innovative enablement strategies that challenge the status quo. You will transform vision into reality by understanding customer challenges and developing innovative ways to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and tangible business value. Qualifications Proven track record of selling and implementing learning and enablement solutions for enterprise customers, ideally within the software, cloud, data, AI, or technology sector . Strong understanding of the Americas enterprise market , industry verticals, and cultural nuances that influence customer engagement and training adoption. Strong background in program management, enablement strategy, learning and development, and enterprise training design . Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for training and enablement as critical components of digital transformation and business ROI. Excellent communication, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and consultative sales skills. Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively with executive and technical audiences. Results-driven mindset with the ability to balance customer satisfaction, business outcomes, and revenue objectives. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply creative solutions to territory-specific customer challenges.
