What we can offer you: An interesting and varied field to work in An environment where you can learn and grow through constant development opportunities PTO Competitive 401K Competitive medical insurance The Role The CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Operator is responsible for performing precision dimensional inspections on aerospace castings and machined components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and conventional inspection equipment. This role ensures products meet engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, customer specifications, and internal quality standards. The CMM Operator works closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production to maintain product conformity and support continuous improvement initiatives. Interested? Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency using precision measuring instruments. Experience with CMM programming and troubleshooting preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements Proven experience using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and ideally experience in blueprint interpretation and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing of metallic materials.
