Maintenance Supervisor

Position: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Delray Beach, FL Pay: $27/hour Experience: Previous apartment maintenance supervisory experience required Education: EPA Certification required Type: Full-time; Temporary Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Supervise and assist maintenance team with daily operations Oversee completion of resident work orders and unit turns Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues Ensure the property grounds and common areas are well maintained Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies Assist with emergency maintenance calls and after-hours issues when required Position Requirements Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, and general repairs Ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Reliable transportation required Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding tasks We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
