Job Overview:

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to the chiropractors and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic with the other staff members. We are looking for a person who loves to serve others and is looking to work in a cross trained team environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with patient care and provide exceptional customer service.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience and quarterly performance bonuses. Paid holidays and health insurance option available after 90 day training period. Complimentary chiropractic care for employee and immediate family.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
- Take patient vitals, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments
- Perform basic patient assessments, such as range of motion tests or muscle strength tests
- Educate patients on exercises or stretches as prescribed by the chiropractor
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
- Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records as needed
- Handle billing and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to chiropractic care
- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care under the supervision of the chiropractor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems

Office Hours:

Monday and Wednesday 7:00am-1:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Friday 7:00am-2:00pm
