Pastry Cook

Marriott is seeking a Pastry Cook to craft high-quality pastries and desserts in a fast-paced hotel environment. In this role, you will prepare, bake, and plate a variety of items for restaurants, banquets, and room service, following standardized recipes and Marriott brand standards. You will maintain strict food safety and sanitation, manage your station mise en place, and ensure attractive, consistent presentations. Working closely with the culinary team, you’ll support service periods, special events, and menu changes while contributing to a respectful, people-first kitchen culture with opportunities for growth.
