Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities during the estimation process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Review and refine budgets to align with project goals and client expectations.
• Present estimates and proposals to stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and cost fluctuations to ensure accurate estimates.

Profile

A successful Senior Construction Estimator should have:
