Customer Experience Associate

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Customer Experience Associate. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer journey, improving satisfaction, and supporting users across multiple touchpoints.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is people-focused, communicative, and interested in building a career in customer experience or customer success. No prior professional experience is required—training will be provided.
The Customer Experience Associate will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth, helpful, and engaging experience.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in customer support, customer success, client relations, or entry-level business roles.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via email, chat, and phone support
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
- Track and document customer interactions
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Support onboarding and guidance for new customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and response times
- Follow company processes and service standards
- Help improve overall customer journey and experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer skills (email, chat tools, CRM systems)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and workspace
