Registered Nurse - Telemetry

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. This position requires providing care for patients in a telemetry setting. The nurse will manage a patient ratio of 1:5-6. All nurses in this role are expected to have experience with cardiac telemetry. The role involves managing cardiac drips without titration. Sheath pulls and central line management are also essential skills for this position. The facility provides interdisciplinary support with services including physical therapy and pharmacy. The candidate must be flexible to float to different units as needed. Weekend work will be required every other weekend. The position includes managing patients undergoing post-operative care. This role supports a diverse patient population, including those with high-risk cardiology issues. The nurse will document patient care and assessments using an electronic charting system. A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care is essential in this role.
