Technical Lead

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead to serve as the technical backbone of our Order Management System (OMS), a critical inbound order management platform within our Supply Chain organization. This is a hybrid role that blends architecture, technical leadership, and project management. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for a 3rd party vendor, a large number of dependent integration teams, and internal stakeholders. Rather than writing code day-to-day, you will spend the majority of your time driving infrastructure decisions, security conversations, data discussions, and system enhancements.


Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead and owner for the OMS platform within Supply Chain
Coordinate application releases and manage vendor relationships with a 3rd party OMS provider
Manage and oversee internal infrastructure, scalability, and system performance
Drive system enhancements and advocate for technical improvements across the platform
Partner closely with a large number of dependent teams who own integrations into the OMS system
Lead discussions around infrastructure, security, and data architecture
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Monitor system health and performance using observability and monitoring tools

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role such as Tech Lead, Architect, or similar
Strong systems thinking mindset with the ability to understand and manage complex, interconnected platforms
Solid understanding of data flows, data architecture, and data management
Familiarity with on-premises systems and hybrid infrastructure environments
Experience working with and managing 3rd party vendor relationships
Proficiency with the following technologies: Kubernetes, GitHub, Azure, PostgreSQL, Dynatrace, MQFTE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead discussions across a wide range of teams and stakeholders
Ability to work Eastern or Central time zone hours


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working within Supply Chain or Order Management domains
Background in security architecture or infrastructure security practices
Experience managing scalability planning for enterprise-level systems
Prior experience working in a role that blends architecture, technical leadership, and project ownership
Exposure to large-scale integration ecosystems with multiple dependent teams
