Retail Display Installer - Technology

Overview Job Type: Per Required Need Work Location: Market - SS - DC - Baltimore Retail Display Installer – Technology. Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Work Monday-Friday. Weekends are not required. Benefits Hourly pay starting at $17.75 per hour, based on experience and location Next-day pay on demand with DailyPay Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid training Self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork in a rolling 30-day period Schedule and Availability Monday-Friday. Weekends are not required, but weekend assignments may be required as needed Some early morning hours and holidays based on store/client requirements Respond to field services management within 48 hours of receipt of job assignment Travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and proof of insurance Responsibilities Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates, including installing and building displays, end caps, and fixtures Complete necessary forms and surveys for each job; maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully functional Participate in early morning installations and larger team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback Use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally Adhere to timelines, accurately submit timecards, and report anomalies daily Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and assist other members as needed Participate and complete training and certification programs; track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows Qualifications Age 18 or older; authorized to work in United States Flexible availability Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends, holidays, early morning and late‑night shifts Physical abilities: climb ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, reach overhead Ability to adjust to ever‑changing tasks and work environments Effective communication via phone, text, email; use smartphone for clocking, photos, downloading apps, internet High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools Must own Android or Apple device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently Ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication Proven ability to work collaboratively and autonomously; excellent time management and reporting skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organization and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
