We want you to join our Client Accounting Services team in providing exceptional accounting services to our clients as an Accounting Associate at Haynie & Company. What You’ll Need To Be Our Accounting Associate Previous bookkeeping and QuickBooks online & desktop version experience Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable / receivable principles Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records Basic computer and math skills, preferably with Excel and Payroll software skills Service-oriented written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree, preferred Supportive and helpful, while producing highly precise and accurate work Why You’ll Love Working With Us Expected compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 a year, commensurate with experience and qualifications Medical, dental, vision, 401k (with company match) Haynie Fridays Unlimited PTO and paid holidays Flexible schedule Paid parental leave for moms and dads (birthing and adoption) DEI - A culture of belonging Casual dress Team building - parties, contests, wellness, service projects Training – CPE, mentoring, clear path to promotion Cell phones - Phone and data plans 100% covered; add your spouse for $40/month What You’ll Do As The Accounting Associate Maintain accurate and efficient data entry processes, streamlining financial record organization Facilitate effective communication with clients, providing valuable insights, support, and education in their financial decision-making Streamline financial record organization to optimize efficiency and accuracy Conduct comprehensive data analysis to anticipate and elevate implications within client records Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable standards across software systems Who We Are Haynie & Company has grown from a single office to 13 locations in 5 states with more than 400 team members.
