Location: Chelmsford, MA Onsite 5 Days/Week

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Techno-Functional Consultant to support implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support across Oracle Fusion Financials. The consultant should combine strong Finance functional expertise with hands-on technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and support across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Expenses .
- Gather requirements and translate business processes into Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Develop functional/technical design documents for reports, integrations, and extensions .
- Work with technical teams on OIC integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, data conversion, and Oracle extensions .
- Support OTBI, BI Publisher, and financial reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and coordinate resolution.
- Lead SIT/UAT, data migration, defect resolution, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Support financial close processes and integrations with third-party systems.
Must-Have Skills
- 12+ years of Oracle Financials consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials expertise.
- Experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation .
- Strong P2P, O2C, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and financial reporting knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and data conversion .
- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or medical device industry is a plus.
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification is a plus.
