Job Responsibilities

• Develop Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and create targeted therapy strategies to assist patients in reaching their rehabilitation goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply the latest methodologies to advance patients' skills in motor function, cognitive processing, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work in conjunction with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical staff, and nurses to provide integrated, patient-centered care
• Educate and Support: Provide guidance and resources to both patients and their families regarding therapeutic methods to ensure continued progress
• Document Patient Progress: Monitor and record treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible outcomes

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Licenses and Certifications

• Current and valid OTR/L credential
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
