Radiology - CT Tech

CT Technologist

Looking for a CT Technologist to start on 11/2. The position requires a CT/Rad Tech. The facility has 1 CT room and 1 PET CT room as backup. The average census is 25-30 patients per day. Patient types include outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department cases, primarily adult and geriatric with some pediatric cases. Common diagnoses include oncology, general abdominal pain, post-surgical cases, trauma, and cardiac CTA. Training available for biopsies and Cardiac CTA. The unit will also handle x-ray cases including outpatient and inpatient ED/ICU/MedSurg. Experience with Fluoroscopy, C-Arm in OR, orthopedic trauma, and general radiology procedures is beneficial but not required. The department has support staff including lead tech and internal transport. Technology includes Siemens X.Cite, GE 16 slice PET CT, and various x-ray units. Scheduling will vary based on requisition, with weekend rotations and holiday expectations in place. The schedule is typically set in 6-week increments. Solid color scrubs are acceptable. This role may involve floating between CT and x-ray duties.
