Human Resources Assistant

We’re looking for a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department by assisting with a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and employee relations/engagement. This role plays a key part in ensuring HR processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws while delivering exceptional customer service to employees and managers. This is an onsite role in our Jacksonville office working Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Requirements High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 0-2 years of human resources or administrative experience. Working knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and confidentiality requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
