Thrasher Foundation Repair has spent over 50 years building a reputation for excellence across 10 locations in 6 Midwestern states. Now, we're expanding in Fort Madison, Iowa, with a strong focus on serving surrounding communities throughout Southeast Iowa and nearby Illinois markets. This is a ground-floor opportunity in a high-demand, growing territory. As a Territory Sales Representative based out of our Fort Madison, IA office, you will:

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling, no prospecting)
• Travel throughout Fort Madison and the surrounding communities to provide in-home consultations
• Use a proven diagnostic and sales process to identify foundation, basement, and structural needs
• Lead confident, high-trust conversations that guide homeowners to solutions
• Deliver exceptional service by doing what's right for every homeowner

• Fort Madison-based role serving a growing regional territory
• Uncapped earning potential - top reps earn $200K-$260K+
• Pre-set, high-quality appointments - focus on closing, not lead generation

• 3-5 years of sales experience preferred (outside sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales)
