Overview Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments. Responsibilities Conduct insurance property inspections for residential and commercial properties. Capture property photos, collect property details and condition information, and prepare timely reports. Submit reports online with attachments via PC/Desktop. What is Needed to Perform Duties Reliable car to drive to inspections; Microsoft Windows 10 or newer; smartphone or digital camera; reliable home internet; basic computer and communication skills.
