About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Ultrasound in Tacoma, Washington, 98430!

Sonographer for a 13-week acute care assignment working 10-hour night shifts, 40 hours per week. The standard schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with some scheduling flexibility and no call requirement. The sonographer will perform a variety of ultrasound examinations, including head and neck, whole body, and procedural imaging. The department averages 30–40 studies per 10-hour shift across four technologists and utilizes GE and Philips ultrasound equipment with EPIC and McKesson PACS.

• Minimum 2 years of Sonographer experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification required.
• RDMS Abdomen (AB) certification through ARDMS required.
• OB certification preferred.
• Experience performing head and neck and whole-body ultrasound examinations.
• Familiarity with EPIC and McKesson PACS preferred.
• Ability to work 10-hour night shifts with a flexible schedule.
