Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a growing industrial environment. This position is responsible for the safety, quality, productivity, and performance of a production line while leading teams of 15-50 employees. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals Supervise, coach, and develop production employees Manage teams ranging from 15-50 employees Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams Conduct employee training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment Qualifications Required 5+ years of manufacturing experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and team leadership skills Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to solve problems and make sound operational decisions Preferred Engineering degree or related technical education Lean Manufacturing experience Continuous Improvement experience Experience leading teams of 15+ employees Schedule Primary opening is Day Shift Occasional Saturday work based on production needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
