E-commerce Specialist

Role Description The E-commerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, including updating descriptions, prices, images, inventory accuracy across multiple e-commerce platforms and customer service experience by replying to all emails and inquiries.

The specialist will monitor site performance, analyze sales and customer behavior, and support promotional campaigns to increase online revenue and conversion rates. Daily tasks include replying to all customer service messages inquiries, coordinating with store and marketing teams, handling basic customer inquiries related to online orders, and ensuring a consistent brand experience. The role also involves tracking key metrics, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements to enhance online merchandising and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong e-commerce and sales skills , with experience managing online product listings, promotions, and revenue growth.

Exceptional customer service is a must . This role requires responding promptly and professionally to all customer emails, messages, and inquiries across all platforms. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive customer experience by providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every customer feels valued.

• Proficient analytical skills for tracking performance metrics, interpreting data, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, including handling online order inquiries and supporting a positive shopper experience.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing clear, professional responses to customers.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Faire), online merchandising, and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort working on-site in a retail-focused setting; prior experience in fashion, jewelry, or retail is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus
• English and Spanish is mandatory
