Support Staff

We're interviewing now at our Redlands, CA facility! Looking for a client-focused Support Staff, who has knowledge of mental health and substance abuse clientele! We are seeking to fill an immediate Full-Time Support Staff position. General Summary: The Support Staff fulfills the assigned role as part of the treatment team – to maintain the wellbeing of clients and the integrity of the program. Additionally, the Support Staff provides client supervision and staff/unit support as assigned. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain appropriate professional relationships with clients and staff Supervise U/A testing, reporting and documentation Supports clients emotionally and environmentally for comfort and safety Facilitate outings, and educational sessions Transport clients to meetings and appointments Conduct contraband searches and random room searches Listens, documents, and reports client behavior Maintains confidentiality of clients at all time Provides encouragement, guidance and support to clients and family members Completes required intake paperwork Provides crisis intervention and encourages a healthy residential and working environment Communicates and collaborates with co-workers, clinical staff, and administration in order to deliver the best quality care possible.
