Job Description

Logistics Coordinator I

El Paso, TX (Local Candidates Only)

Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Must currently be authorized to work in the US

What you'll do:

Handle phone calls and emails related to shipments and logistics
Track inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
Schedule carrier pickups and follow up on deliveries
Communicate with customers, brokers, suppliers, and inventory carriers
Maintain accurate records, shipping documents, and inventory counts
Update shipment statuses, ETA's, and logistics data
Scan and organize documents electronically
Assist with domestic, export, and raw material logistics
Help resolve shipping delays and transportation issues

What we are looking for:

1+ year of logistics or shipping experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English & Spanish
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail -oriented with problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift up to 25-50 lbs. when needed
