Warehouse Lumper (Days)Behind every order is a team making sure products are unloaded, organized, and ready to move.At Ferraro Foods, our lumpers play a key role in keeping product flowing through the warehouse so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it.We're looking for a Warehouse Lumper who's hardworking, dependable, and ready to jump in and keep operations moving.This role is internally titled Warehouse Multifunction Associate.What You'll Be Working OnUnload inbound shipments and break down product from delivery trucksHandle returned product, pallets, and materials from incoming loadsMove product throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and equipmentBuild, break down, and restack pallets while maintaining safe load stabilityRepack, rotate, and organize product to keep inventory accurateStage product in the correct areas to support warehouse flowKeep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shiftThe Ingredients for SuccessAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull product (up to 80 lbs repeatedly throughout the entire shift)Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamComfortable working in multi-temperature environments (including refrigerated and freezer areas)Ability to adapt to changing prioritiesWhy You'll Love Working HereWork with a team that supports customers across the food industryHands-on, active work with clear expectationsOpportunity to grow within warehouse and operationsTeam environment that values effort and reliabilityThe DetailsEnvironment: Multi-temperature warehouse (including refrigerated and freezer areas)Equipment: Pallet jacks and warehouse equipmentSchedule: Mon - Fri | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PMPay: $16 - $18 per hourBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k)Apply today and be part of the team behind every order!
