Job Opportunities Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Denver, Colorado Springs, Aurora Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Work directly with children with autism in their homes. You'll implement behavior plans designed by our BCBAs, track progress, and help kids build real skills. No two days look the same. Training and supervision provided. Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Lead treatment planning and oversee a team of RBTs. You'll conduct assessments, develop individualized programs based on our methodology, train staff, and work closely with families. Manageable caseloads and real clinical autonomy.
