Builds constructive relationships within store teams. Sets objectives and goals, organizes work to exceed them. Leads, manages, motivates, and communicates positively with associates. Trains, coaches, and develops associates. Uses independent judgment, partnering with Territory Sales Manager as needed. Problem‑analysis, decision‑making, and quantitative analysis skills. Leads general retail practices and procedures. Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours. Basic computer skills. Can lift up to 40 lbs safely and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling. Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
