Shift differentials: evening $3.00/hr, night $5.00/hr, weekend $4.50/hr, pharmacy night $8.50/hr. Premiums: standby $4.00/hr, lead $3.25/hr, per diem 15% on base in lieu of benefits, certification $2.00/hr, trainer $2.00/hr, student coordinator $2.00/hr (2+ $3.25/hr). Weekend & holiday shifts: Yes. On‑call shifts: No. Union: UFCW 3000‑Professional and Technical. Responsibilities Dispense medications and IV solutions to patients. Provide immediate supervision and control of Pharmacy Technicians and pharmacy students. Participate in ongoing clinical patient‑oriented activities and undertake problem solving as appropriate. Provide information and education to patients, staff and the public. Education Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy required. Experience Minimum of one year in hospital pharmacy, including automated drug distribution, IV admixtures, clinical pharmacy methods/practice and information systems. Licensure / Credentials Registered Pharmacist license in State of Washington required.
