Title: SAP Reporting / Analytics Lead - SAP S/4HANA

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
Work Arrangement: Onsite 1-2 weeks per month in Charlotte
Experience: 5+ years
Duration: 096+ Months (Long-term / High possibility of extension)
Travel: Client will cover travel and expenses

Position Overview

• We are looking for an experienced SAP Reporting/Analytics Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation for a grocery/retail environment.
• The consultant will lead reporting and analytics blueprint workshops, gather business requirements, evaluate standard SAP reporting capabilities, and determine the appropriate solution approach across Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Master Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Reporting Blueprint workshops for SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Gather and document reporting and analytics requirements from business and functional teams.
• Work across Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Master Data .
• Perform fit/gap analysis against standard SAP reports and SAP BDC/Datasphere data products.
• Determine whether requirements can be addressed through standard SAP functionality or require RICEFW development.
• Document the complexity, scope, dependencies, and business case for each RICEFW object.
• Work with SAP functional and technical teams to translate business reporting requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support reporting solutions using SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP BDC/Datasphere .
• Understand SAP functional processes, data structures, and process flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, developers, and data/analytics teams.
• Support reporting and analytics strategy throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall SAP experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Reporting experience.

Mandatory: Experience leading Reporting Blueprint workshops for SAP S/4HANA programs.

• SAP Fiori reporting.
• SAP Analytics Cloud ( SAP SAC ).
• SAP BDC / SAP Datasphere.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional processes, data structures, and process flows.
• Experience across multiple areas such as:
• Finance
• Supply Chain
• Purchasing
• Merchandising
• Store Operations
• Master Data
• Experience with fit/gap analysis and RICEFW .
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
