As a Logistics Broker, you'll own the entire customer experience—from prospecting new business and developing customer relationships to coordinating freight movements and ensuring successful delivery. What You'll Do Source, qualify, and develop relationships with carriers across North America. Secure capacity by negotiating competitive rates while balancing customer service and profitability. Match available freight with the best carrier partners based on service, equipment, and pricing. Build and maintain a reliable network of carrier partners through proactive communication and relationship management. Track shipments from pickup through delivery, providing timely updates and resolving issues as they arise. Collaborate closely with customer-facing sales teams to ensure successful freight execution. Utilize load boards, transportation management systems, and market data to identify capacity opportunities. Negotiate pricing while maintaining healthy profit margins. Ensure carriers meet all compliance and safety requirements before booking loads. Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating problems and providing proactive solutions. Meet daily activity goals, including outbound calls, carrier outreach, and freight coverage metrics. What We're Looking For Experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, dispatch, logistics coordination, transportation, or supply chain is required . Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
