Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights, 4x12-Hour Shifts (18:30 - 07:00), Thursday to Sunday.

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist with proficiency in Adults, Pediatrics, and NICU settings, specifically Level 2 NICU care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory treatments.
• Manage mechanical ventilation and CPAP/BiPAP equipment.
• Perform intubations, extubations, and tracheostomy care.
• Interpret arterial blood gases and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct pulmonary hygiene and aerosol therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 2-3 years of experience in a hospital setting, with neonate and pediatric experience.
• Valid MD License and CRT or RRT Certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience with the EPIC charting system is mandatory.
• Ability to float within scope as needed.
