$125,000 - $215,000 yearly

• Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of property listings to attract potential buyers.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and opportunities in the Tucson area.
• Coordinate and schedule property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Utilize company-provided tools and systems to manage client relationships and track progress.
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

• Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared objectives.
