General Laborer
Location: Pasadena, TX
Pay: $15.50/hour
Schedule: 8 AM - 5PM (could stay later)
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to assist with time-sensitive production and warehouse projects. This position involves material handling, packaging, drum filling, labeling, and other general labor duties in a fast-paced industrial environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Assemble Gaylord boxes for production and shipping.
- Lift and pour 30-pound bags of material into Gaylord boxes.
- Fill drums with liquid surfactant according to work instructions.
- Open and close drum lids using power drills.
- Mix drum contents using a power drill with a mixing paddle attachment.
- Remove and apply product labels as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable using basic power tools such as drills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Experience with plastic banding equipment is a plus.
