RN - Emergency Department (ER/ED)
Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, 3 shifts per week, 36 scheduled hours. Start Date: 07/27/2026, End Date: 10/26/2026, Duration: 13 weeks.
ER RN Needed - ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC. Every other weekend. 5 years experience required as per manager.
Skills: BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, central line care/management, continuous IV sedation, emergency medications, interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs), interpretation of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, management of dysrhythmias, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, triage.
Patient Age Groups: Neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics. Daily census: 50-70. Number of rooms: 12. Number of beds: 11. Interdisciplinary support: Physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, unit secretary.
Compliance: Onboarding: Must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing. Work history verification: 7-year work history verification required for all candidates. Deadline: All compliance documents due 10 days prior to start. Modules: Modules are non-billable. An average of 1-5 hours spent on modules and are factored into NBO. Any time spent on modules exceeding the 16 NBO hours are billable. Modules are completed during orientation, and module hours vary by specialty. Modules are recorded through e-learning.
