This role will also oversee the finance integration agenda for strategic transactions, partnerships, and new business initiatives, including integration planning, close and Day 1 readiness, post-close execution, synergy and cost tracking, governance routines, operating model alignment, financial reporting readiness, control considerations, and cross-functional issue resolution. This role will partner closely with product, engineering, regional, corporate finance, integration management, legal, compliance, HR, sourcing, controllership, tax, treasury and business teams to ensure financial outcomes are aligned with organizational goals, governance expectations, and Mastercard's broader strategy.The ideal candidate is a strategic finance executive with strong business judgment, executive presence, integration experience, and the ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
