You have a knack for people and the potential to discover talents? Then you are in the right place with us! In your role as Werkstudent (Mensch) Active Sourcing & Talent Acquisition, you are an essential part of our Talent Acquisition Team and support us in finding the best minds for our group.

• Talentscouting: For our diverse advertised positions, you proactively identify suitable talents on relevant platforms and networks.
• Network building: You approach interesting candidates, inspire them to join us, and organize further interview steps.
• Strategy & Data: In regular exchange with your team, you optimize our search strategies, analyze, and discover new ways to approach potential employees.
• Employer Branding: You help to actively strengthen our employer brand and make it visible on social media.

• Study: You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Communication Sciences, Social Sciences, or comparable).
• First experiences: Ideally, you have already gained first contacts with HR or recruiting topics (e.g., through internships).
• Digital Native: Social media is not foreign to you! You are proficient in using professional networks (LinkedIn, XING, etc.) and have a knack for new trends.
• Organizational talent: Your independent and structured way of working allows you to keep an overview even with several search assignments and deliver reliable results.
• Communication strength: Your open and convincing communication helps you to inspire talents.
