**Job Overview**
Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to provide services at the CoreCivic-operated Midwest Regional Reception Center (ICE) in Leavenworth, KS. This role typically follows a 2 to 3 day per week schedule, giving you both flexibility and consistency.

**Responsibilities**
✔️ Evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans of care

✔️ Maintain accurate documentation and comply with guidelines

**Qualifications**
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Active Kansas PT license in good standing (or eligible to practice in Kansas through the PT Compact)
Strong clinical and documentation skills

Our multidisciplinary model includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology, all focused on improving patient outcomes while enhancing safety and operational efficiency.

Our therapists work collaboratively alongside physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants as part of an integrated healthcare team within each facility. This team-based approach ensures patients receive coordinated, comprehensive care, with rehabilitation playing a vital role in recovery, function, and overall health.

We utilize an on-site care model, allowing clinicians to treat patients directly within each facility. This significantly reduces the need for off-site transportation, lowers overall costs, improves continuity of care, and enhances safety for both staff and the surrounding communities.

Our clinical philosophy emphasizes conservative, evidence-based care aimed at reducing unnecessary surgeries, medications, and injections. We focus on restoring function, relieving pain, and improving quality of life through both non-surgical and post-surgical rehabilitation.

As we continue to grow, we have expanded our services beyond Georgia. We currently provide services with CoreCivic in Georgia, operate in four facilities in Arizona, three in Tennessee, two in Ohio, and one in Mississippi, and are launching services at CoreCivic's California City Detention Facility in California and the Midwest Regional Reception Center in Leavenworth, Kansas.
