Salary:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $25.50 - $32.10 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidates experience qualifications and/or skillset.

Summary:

The Operations Expeditor is responsible for maintaining the flow of materials information and work-in-progress throughout the operation. This role identifies and resolves bottlenecks coordinates cross-functional activities and ensures orders and production schedules are completed on time to meet customer and business requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Monitor production schedules order status and workflow to ensure on-time completion
• Identify bottlenecks and delays; take immediate action to resolve constraints
• Expedite materials parts and information across departments
• Coordinate with production purchasing logistics and quality teams to maintain flow
• Prioritize and adjust work orders based on urgency and operational needs
• Communicate status updates risks and delays to key stakeholders
• Track performance metrics such as on-time delivery and cycle time
• Escalate critical issues impacting delivery or production timelines
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring delays
• Participate and report out at our daily Gemba
• Coordinate and execute supplier RMAs
• Coordinate operations secondary processes with shipping and supply chain
• Other duties as required

Qualifications :

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or bachelors degree in Operations Supply Chain or related field preferred

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain or production
• Previous coordinator experience
• General operations experience
• Familiar with the manufacturing environment
