- Develop automation on ServiceNow Ansible platform
- Implement infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python)
- Support system integration, deployment, and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & participate in Agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, hardware/software issues
- Ensure compliance, monitor performance, and support LAN/WAN/network security
Must Have: Ansible | Terraform | Python | Strong Linux Nice to Have: Agile experience, additional scripting/automation tools
