Intermodal Rail Yard Operator

ConGlobal is hiring a Rail Yard Operator to support intermodal and logistics operations in a fast-paced terminal environment. In this role, you safely move and spot railcars, handle containers and equipment, and coordinate movements using radios and yard systems. You’ll perform basic inspections, follow strict FRA/OSHA and company safety standards, and work closely with rail, truck, and terminal teams.
